Cancellations 

For new trips, you can cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. After that, if you cancel 30 or more days before check-in, you can receive a refund of any rental payments you’ve made, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. Read our full policy >

Travel Insurance

We offer travel insurance—you’ll see the option to purchase it when booking your stay. It includes coverage for trip cancellation or interruption due to listed covered reasons, and additional benefits (such as for losses caused by travel delays or medical emergencies during your trip). Note: To purchase travel insurance, you must be a U.S. resident booking a home in the U.S.

Parking

  • Free parking is provided to guests at Ocean Park Resort located in the parking garage across from the resort.
  • Guests are provided a parking permit at check-in which must be displayed at all times while parking on-site.
  • To ensure sufficient parking for all guests at the resort, parking permits are issued in accordance to the size of room.
  • We are unable to issue additional parking permits.
  • 1-Bedroom Suites and smaller will receive 1 Parking Permit at check-in.
  • 2-Bedroom Suites and larger will receive 2 Parking Permits at check-in.
  • Due to limited parking availability, trailer parking is not permitted. We  recommend that guests with trailers plan accordingly with off-site parking.

 

A Note About Large and Oversized Vehicles

Ocean Park Resort parking garage was designed for small to moderate sized vehicles and contains some compact turns. Guests are asked to please notify the front desk before attempting to park a large or oversized vehicle so that proper accommodations may be made. However, oversized vehicle parking is extremely limited and is available on a first-come-first-served basis only. Ocean Park Resort will not be held liable for any damage caused by attempting to park an oversized vehicle within the parking garage.

Smoking

  • Bay Watch Resort is considered a completely smoke-free and tobacco-free resort experience. This includes all rooms, balconies, restaurants, bars, pool areas, and common areas throughout the resort.
  • All smoking, vaporizer, and tobacco product use is prohibited including, but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, snuff, chewing tobacco, vaporizers, and electronic cigarettes.
  • If there is evidence of smoking in your room and/or your balcony, you will be charged a minimum $150.00 cleaning fee. Violation of this policy may also result in eviction of stay.

Housekeeping—Nightly Reservations

  • Towel and trash service is provided daily.
  • Daily Full Service Cleaning may be requested at the front desk for an additional charge.

Pets

  • Small dogs are welcome in select rooms and floors designated as “pet-friendly.” 
  • Advance notice is required for guests traveling with pets.
  • Dogs only. Other pets such as cats, birds, and reptiles are not allowed.
  • Limit two pets per room. For the 2-, 3-, and 4-Bedroom Suites the pet maximum is two total.
  • 40 lb. weight limit.
  • Select breeds including Rottweiler, Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Boxer, German Shepherd, Presa Canario, American or Miniature Bulldog, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Akita, Wolf-hybrid, Mastiff, Cane Corso, Great Dane, Alaskan Malamute, and Husky are not permitted.  ***Other Breed Restrictions may apply***
  • A Pet Fee of $20.00 plus tax per night/per pet will be collected at check-in. 
  • Stays of 30+ nights or longer have a flat Pet Fee of $300.00 plus tax per month for 1 dog. The second dog is an additional $100.00 plus tax per month.
  • Carriers are recommended if you must leave your dog alone in the guest room.
  • Dogs must be on a leash when in public areas of the resort and are not allowed in the pool areas.

  • All ADA recognized service animals are always welcome.
